Honey, I’m Home

We’ve landed

So, having been basically absent for a month or more here I am. And I’m using my new section, Crone & Queenager, which reflects my Carole-ness, and the ways I find myself settling into and reveling in this new season of life.

Our house is sold. We’ve chosen not to own property again and have rented a one level home which couldn’t be more different from the 1979 modern, 3 level, spiral-staircased home of 45 years which we left. The cats love it, I love it, Hubby is settling in. Sometimes men don’t deal well with change no matter how positive the results may be. All in his own time. As for me, I worked my ASS off to get here. I released truckloads of accumulated STUFF into the wild. There is so much more that went into this shift to a new season and chapter in our story.

I’m so glad to be out of the moving phase and into the new place and focus phase.
